The brief was to design a facility to allow children the ability to create whilst introducing advanced technology.
The accommodation was two workshops for creation and experimentation. Stage sets, videos, puppetry etc. Also play area, performance area, exhibition area, children's library, parents room, crèche, General office, staff room, reception area and toilets. 
Staff were to be supplied from the media centre next door. Location was given as part of a B'Arch development nr Bridgeton Cross.
